I had recently visited Dr Rose Jeans at her Skin Rejuvenation Clinic in Burlington for the first time, to discuss Botox for Migraines and come up with a custom plan to suit my needs and improve my quality of day to day life. I had a great experience. Dr Rose is extremely knowledgeable, kind, patient and very sweet. When I left her clinic, I felt confident she is the one I want to continue my Migraine treatment with. Sara did my holiday glow facial today . What a lovely experience it was ! Sara was very professional , explained the action of the products and what I could expect . EXCELLENT!!!!! have been coming for years and keep coming. :) When you walk in and are greeted by staff that do not look overly re-done and no duck lips..... you are in the right place and will look refreshed and natural.
I had a terrible and very concerning experience with a technician named Sara at this clinic. I’m not usually the type to write reviews, but I felt I had to share. The service felt very robotic and lacked professionalism. What was most upsetting is that she asked me for a cash tip on the way out and even told me that the ‘typical amount’ should be 20%.
