Therapist was impatient and rude during the time being treated there. Often getting frustrated whenever the patient was struggling to do an exercise. Being grabby with the patient’s limb that was in pain without any warning. Unprofessional.
Went in for Physical therapy to retrain my arm to strengthen my muscles. Husband and wife are honest and sweet couple. She cared and did the best she could to help me recover. Thank you Dr. Nahid, Blessings
Therapist said she got paid for 15 minutes excersice only from caloptima then she wasted the whole 15 minutes leaving me and answering phone calls and treating other patients at the same time She came back showing me a paper to do the excersices at home.
