We had a horrible experience with this company. I called this company in March and asked how much more I would need to pay for my rent to buy. I was told that would be it. Now at the end of July, I get a bill for almost $2K out of no where. No other statements or communication. If I knew this, I would have returned the boots in March. This is completely unacceptable. Don’t use them. Find someone else.There’s no clarity on costs.
