I am in a condo that is currently managed by Equium Group. A plumber was sent out by Advanced Refrigeration HVAC. I hung out the whole time the plumber looked into the bathtub leak. The plumber concluded it was an installation defect and I was not at fault. Equium then sent me an invoice for the repairs over $1,000 where Advanced Refrigeration claims I was uncooperative and let the bathtub overflow (no substance).
