I’ve been sitting at my restaurant for an hour waiting for someone to come fix my pilot lights. Made an appointment for 8 and it is now 9 and no one. No call no show is a main reason to fire someone. Obviously advanced doesn’t give a crap about anyone but themselves. What a horribly run company.
I purchased a kitchen aid stand up mixer a few years back. It sat on my kitchen counter for three years unused as I had moved to north Dakota for work. I just got back and have begun using my mixer. It is smoking and the mix speed is sporadic. I called to see what they would do about a replacement. All they told me was the factory warranty is 2 years so there was nothing they could do.
