Someone came out to do a six month service. It’s the longest anyone has ever been out here to do a service on this Ice Machine. They were out here for hours after that. The machine did not work, called and asked for a quote on what was wrong for the part on the machine took them two weeks to get me back a quote meanwhile, I had already found someone else to come fix the machine within two days Won’t be using them anymore
Advanced saved my business on a weekend and has continued to handle all our needs at our 3 restaurants. They are quick, efficient, and reasonably priced
