Amazing they have nothing but bad reviews for their drivers and I can see why. Car C-370 was trying to drive people off the road going 20 over on the 417 this morning. Was tailgating and weaving all over many cars. Funny thing I was actually on this companies website yesterday and thinking about hiring them but they clearly don't care about safety on the road and definitely don't with their jobs either.

AC stopped blowing cold Sunday afternoon. Called Monday (7:30) morning and left message with answering service. Received text shortly asking if 9-10 Monday morning was a good time for service. I confirmed and tech was here by 9:10. He left about 30 minutes later with the AC blowing cold again. Diagnosed capacitor was bad and replaced. Very happy customer.

I don’t know how they operate, but the technician was driving in the left lane at 90 mph at 11:00 PM, on a turnpike creating a dangerous situation and behaving completely erratically.

Here’s the thing about Advanced Refrigeration and Air. They are great at customer service and satisfaction. Most of the technicians are wonderful at their jobs and keep customers happy. But Advanced treats their employees very dirty, and keeps them with good pay that they would not be able to get anywhere else. They have let long term, loyal and dedicated employees go just to replace them in less than a weeks time. They have promoted staff within when other staff has been begging for a change. I am a current employee at ADV, going on 5 years. I started off at an entry level position, and have worked my way to management. The leadership here at ADV helped guide and mentor me to improve my professional life. The benefits ADV offers far surpasses any other company I’ve been employed at. The work-life balance and the understanding of personal matters is really appreciated. With the last 5 years, I can honestly say I see myself as a “lifer” here.
