I had some concerns with my repair after I had already taken the vehicle home. I called and they told me to bring my vehicle back in. The owner went above and beyond what I was looking for and took care of all my concerns immediately. I thought I had a faulty connection on my brake light after my bumper repair, it turns out it was actually just the bulb and they took care of that for me too. Used them as it was the only shop State Farm would work with in the area and the reviews looked good. All I needed fixed was the rear bumper. They managed to gouge out paint down to the metal on another body part, just under the rear brake light. You can tell the rear bumper was replaced due to the gaps near the brake lights. They also didn't bother reassembling the cargo net hooks correctly and now I get to order a whole new setup for that as the correct hooks are missing.
