Horrible! They are the marketing arm for many low-quality centers. Admission people told me that my service animal and I had a bed in Orlando and had me drive 8 hours to get there, and when I got there, racist admission nurse refused me and my service animal. Then they told me to drive 30 minites north to another center and we were rdfuse admissions there as well due to a dog allegy with one of there patients. TLDR; downright ATROCIOUS treatment of a family member calling in looking for resources to help an addicted loved one. I’m going to leave this review about my experience pending the “investigation” that the manager said they will perform. I called this evening looking for outpatient addiction therapy for my mother. The man I was speaking to, Zach, treated me downright HORRIBLY. Their admissions staff is a bunch of and racists. After promising me admission guaranteed approval for me and my service animal they denied me admission at two locations in Orlando after an 8-hour drive. Now I am stranded in Orlando with my service animal and they won't even answer the phone or make any suggestions of where I should go. These people are horrible. They owe me $900 in gas plus lodging as I am now stranded thanks to their admission team

Leaving this review is crucial so they can thank google for getting this ONE star out of me to do so. Patient care is at the BOTTOM of this facility’s priorities and it painfully shows to the families who have unfortunately have had a loved one under their "care.” I understand they can not prevent a patient from leaving early but they absolutely can prevent negligence for being the reason a patient DECIDES to leave early which is the main reason my mother did.
