Worst place ever very rude and inconsistent service along with inconsiderate employes.
I have a genuine suggestion for those who work for this company the Syracuse location specifically. Clearly anyone who you are going to be dealing with whether it be for a repo (or in my situation my car was stolen from out of my driveway and the police called this company to tow my car without my permission), no one is going to be in a good mood if either of these situations apply. My vehicle was repossessed by this company. I was $500 behind on my car load which is a little over 1 payment and Empower ordered the repo. The cost to get my car back was $570 cash. The drive was about 12 minutes away. I picked my vehicle up 7 hours after they took it. No matter what I was behind, that is a totally unfair price to pay.
