Very accommodating Very professional
I recently had a vehicle sent to Todd and I can’t even begin to say what a great experience it was with him. I had no idea where to go or what to do and he was so kind to me and helped me through the whole process thank you Todd. I really appreciate How much you helped me that day. Laura
Rude staff, called and was told 9am was too early and that he wanted to get out to breakfast before I could retrieve my car. 3 people there paid wildly different prices for the same day tow, when asked about why the guy said "I don't know we just kind of do that". $200-400 differences in price. Glad I caught him before lunch
Picked up my car today from a secondary location. The tow driver got to the lot at Advanced and my car was open, he took pics of my dashboard being off bc there was no key to get pics of the milage. Lady at Advanced told me they didn’t have a key to the car yet it was open when the tow driver got there. My wallet with all my ID, license, social security cards, bank cards, cash 200 and change missing. Passport missing. Rayban sunglasses gone. Whole car ransacked.
