Rude staff, called and was told 9am was too early and that he wanted to get out to breakfast before I could retrieve my car. 3 people there paid wildly different prices for the same day tow, when asked about why the guy said "I don't know we just kind of do that". $200-400 differences in price. Glad I caught him before lunch
Picked up my car today from a secondary location. The tow driver got to the lot at Advanced and my car was open, he took pics of my dashboard being off bc there was no key to get pics of the milage. Lady at Advanced told me they didn’t have a key to the car yet it was open when the tow driver got there. My wallet with all my ID, license, social security cards, bank cards, cash 200 and change missing. Passport missing. Rayban sunglasses gone. Whole car ransacked. Absolute worst. Guy told me that he enjoys making money off The misfortunes and suffering of others and said he's Been doing it 10 years and loves it.
I'd give a 0 if I could. You will notice anyone who leaves a bad review is a liar, the car was locked and so was the glove box with his legal to carry gun it in. Conveniently repoed the car on a later Friday afternoon on a holiday weekend, bank made a mistake & YES bank put funds in wrong account, so car should never have been repoed, it was paid Friday @ 4:30 but bank repo folks left early for holiday weekend. 100's of $ missing out of wallet that was in car and an over $700 fee for tow & storage. SHAMEFUL !!
