I called today with one question. 1. Do you accept small/non-commercial metal loads for recycling? I would think that is a pretty basic question for that kind of business. I was asked for my name, email address, an itemized load list, my vehicle type and photos. Are you kidding me? I called their competitor, who understood the question and gave me an answer.
