ARM and Keith Vaillancourt are the BEST! When our building, an 1890 mansion converted into 4 condos, tested high for radon in the air, we presented him with a very unique challenge. 3 basement areas, all with different types of finishes and flooring, radon levels testing higher on upper levels where they should have been lower, AND a foundation that was made of materials we had to find a special subcontractor to drill through. From install, to a courtesy check, to losing power recently which resulted in our Bubble Up continuously running, customer service has been so responsive and helpful. Corey walked me through troubleshooting the Bubble Up issue on the phone after our power outage so that it could be fixed immediately instead of waiting for an appointment with a technician-- I was so grateful to have it taken care of right away. He was kind, patient, and very helpful!
