From the original phone call to initial estimate and then the final installation everyone was great to work with. Installers were very professional and familiar with working on my old house. Seemed like they did a little extra to keep me satisfied. Christine on the phone and Keith 's experience for the install. Jake and the crew are not only professional but courteous as well.
ARM and Keith Vaillancourt are the BEST! When our building, an 1890 mansion converted into 4 condos, tested high for radon in the air, we presented him with a very unique challenge. 3 basement areas, all with different types of finishes and flooring, radon levels testing higher on upper levels where they should have been lower, AND a foundation that was made of materials we had to find a special subcontractor to drill through. This company is one of the most polite,helpful,professional and genuine organizations I have dealt with. No AI here. Just courteous and very well set up. From scheduling and billing and installation they are above board and flawless.
I am a design/builder and have seen a lot. After purchasing our home, we needed a Radon Mitigation System. Keith met with us and explained our options thoroughly. It was installed, but given our unique circumstances, we needed a fan modification after not quite a year. Keith diagnosed the issue and we were given a new fan for only a service call fee and it has solved our issue. I cannot say enough about his level of expertise and professionalism.
