These people are the real deal and I would whole heartedly recommend them for anyone who is seeking to address the presence of radon in either air, water, or both. So far a great experience with the ARM team on managing my home’s air radon levels (the green in the Airthings data is post mitigation). Very easy to get a hold of and they deliver as promised. Keith knows his stuff and seems to really enjoy solving a home’s radon puzzle. When the data started showing the initial mitigation was starting to lag behind expectations with the cooler weather, the ARM team (as guaranteed) adjusted the install and upgraded the fan. I can't even begin to say how pleased I am with this company! Not even knowing if or when they had last serviced our radon mitigation system I had never dealt with them directly...it was always under my husband's purview! But with health issues, I had to call them for a service call. They looked up the account, and told me when it had last been serviced and set up an appointment to answer some questions I had for things my husband didn't remember and to also service the unit. This company installed a radon mitigation system in our house 15 plus years ago. One day about wo years ago I noticed the system was not running. They responded within a day or two and quickly had it running again. No charge that I recall. It is running fine this morning! These people are professionals up and down.
