These people are the real deal and I would whole heartedly recommend them for anyone who is seeking to address the presence of radon in either air, water, or both. Radon mitigation in water is relatively straightforward (but definitely not a DIY job, especially since the equipment is not available at retail), but these guys still do things that set them apart, such as intelligent, uniform plumbing with multiple shut off valves that enable you to bypass the whole system if need be. ARM did a great job quoting and installing our air and water radon mitigation systems. They were the only contractor we were able to find that used licensed plumbers and electricians to complete the installation. We would recommend them to anyone who needs to remediate radon in their homes!
I can't even begin to say how pleased I am with this company! Not even knowing if or when they had last serviced our radon mitigation system I had never dealt with them directly...it was always under my husband's purview! But with health issues, I had to call them for a service call. We live in an area with very high radon levels. Kieth took the time to come to our house, explain radon mitigation options that would work for us, and suggest things we can do on our own to reduce radon levels. He is very knowledgeable, professional, and takes the time to answer all questions. Highly recommend.
As always ARM and particularly Cory did a very responsible job servicing our water radon equipment. He came to our home on time, left our basement neat and clean and was thoroughly agreeable. I have used them for many years and certainly have no regrets.
