We found out the radon level in our house was at an unsafe level. I panicked and started making phone calls. Brian answered after business hours, came the very next morning to assess our basement, and scheduled to install a radon mitigation system the following week. He answered all of our questions and concerns. We are so pleased with the system installed and how quickly everything happened. We highly recommend Advanced Radon!
Radon levels never went down. This installer refuses to fix issue. WAS FIXED with ANOTHER COMPANY. Don't go to this man. Dishonest or just doesn't understand what he's doing.
From start to finish, service was great and was exactly as detailed on the call. I explained everything over the phone and job was scheduled and completed very timely. Brian was easy to work with and helped explained everything.
