We recently had a radon scare after our home inspector found levels above the EPA recommended standard—definitely not the kind of surprise you want when moving into a new home. John did a great job with our radon mitigation system. The price was fair and he was fun to work with. Would highly recommend.
We received 3 quotes for doing radon mitigation. One did not send anyone to see the house and sent a quote for two systems because our house is long. Another came to the house and also quoted 2 systems with one going through a rock wall and our porch. ARM came out and saw the house was on a single slab and went out one side of the house and put some pvc tubing toward the other side. One hole where you would want it out the side of the house. John did a great job on a not so easy situation. I live up a gnarly road that most will not even come to. My levels were 37 and are no below 1. 10/10 would recommend
