Very nice staff, quiet and clean. :)
Staff was very friendly but they were very behind on appointments. My daughter had an MRI scheduled and we got taken back in 20 minutes but then once she was in scrubs, she had to wait another 30 minutes for machine. There was no waiting area for patients and caregivers farther away from MRI machine so you had to keep hearing the loud sounds until it was your turn. Not good for children.
I could not be happier with the whole experience! The entire staff, from the appointment scheduling, the front desk team to all the technicians - were friendly and efficient. This is a very busy facility but I did not have to wait at all. In fact, I believe I was seen even before my actual appointment time. I will definitely return here for future services.
