Arrived to my appointment, called back after paying and all to be told they can’t do the mri there as it’s all booked, send me to another advanced radiology and say I’ll be taken back immediately upon arriving, they call me then say Never-mind and I waited another period of time before it being done. People there are fine, lack of preparedness by whomever allowed this to happen is the only issue. Will not go to one of the Franklin square locations again.
It was great. Everyone was very kind and professional!
All of the ladies there were very kind and professional. They worked efficiently but safe. Will def go to this location from now on. Even the office lady was a doll.
