The staff was very rude. The supervisor Denise was using her outside voice on me because they call my name 5 time and I didn't hear her. I think that was unprofessional and disrespectful to patient. This is the first time I'm ask to do a survey . So I know this is her efforts to discouraged me from filing a complaint like I told her I would.
