Entire staff was great. They make what can be a very heavy, emotional experience easy and full of compassion.
The VA sent my referral packet to Customer Service for X- rays, the location was in three different locations with signs outside the doors with different times. My last name wasn’t on the Advanced Radioloy form some how I had multiple accounts, which is why I couldn’t check in on the X ray order on the 1st of December. Receiving the run around to get checked in and having to submit my military referral to a check in person was too much anxiety to take 2 hrs of walking, back and forth, sitting in the cold to be seen and miss ... read more
