I had an appointment for 5/21/25 at 3:20pm for a CT scan I came the day before and picked up the liquid and directions for my appointment my paperwork said 3:20pm. I drank the solution as directed and arrived to my appointment at 3:25pm female receptionist was dealing with an irate patient the male one was on a call. I would like to know why I was told to arrive at 6:30am, when the staff did not show up to work until 6:47am. Not once did I hear even an apology for them being late. In fact when I walked in, I was not even greeted….and I was the only patient.
Friendly staff. Not a long wait. I don't like having to press ONE for English to make my appt. I don't like that films are NOT compared to previous ones BEFORE a recommendation is made! I'm a 4x Breast Cancer Survivor I went from 0 nodules in 2023 to 4mm in 2024 with a recommendation to wait a year, to 9.8mm this year 2025! I'M ANGRY AND WANT ANSWERS!!!
