They tried to charge me over $100 at the counter for my visit even though my insurance policy clearly has a $0 patient responsibility for radiology/imaging. I even showed them the specific United Healthcare procedure description and code that perfectly matched my visit details clarifying the $0 patient responsibility, and they still were not willing to waive the fee. I had an appointment for 5/21/25 at 3:20pm for a CT scan I came the day before and picked up the liquid and directions for my appointment my paperwork said 3:20pm. I drank the solution as directed and arrived to my appointment at 3:25pm female receptionist was dealing with an irate patient the male one was on a call. I came in stood for a moment got light headed & dizzy so I signed in and sat down. The solution had my head hurting and feeling nauseous. I would like to know why I was told to arrive at 6:30am, when the staff did not show up to work until 6:47am. Not once did I hear even an apology for them being late. In fact when I walked in, I was not even greeted….and I was the only patient.
