I had an appointment with advanced radiology this past weekend. Getting an appointment was fairly simple. I was referred by my fertility specialist and had a good experience on the phone with staff to obtain an appointment. However, when I arrived I was greeted , no problems there. Once I got to the back the original staff who was attending to me had left for the day I presume and someone else came over. I went for a mammogram as we know it’s uncomfortable to start out with. Tech knew here job but that’s it I was treated like a number not as a human Please teach these techs to have a little personality lighten up !!!
Got referred by doctor to get an X-ray, got turned away the first time I went, the second time I went they told me I had to wait outside. Cleared the X-ray and now here I am in pain a month later and I still don't have a MRI appointment. My doctor's office said it got cleared. This place said keep waiting. You call the hotline and they're either rude and keep telling me keep waiting, or they hang up on me completely. Been hurt for 7 months going on 8 and I still didn't receive any help

I called the office and spoke with the receptionist, Olga. She displayed a very rude attitude and questioned my identity, implying that I was not who I said I was. I explained that I completed the exam in Shelton and stated that I was not certain whether the office was referred to as Advanced Radiology (her office) or Women’s Health CT, as the two are connected.
