Services rendered are OK, but the main problem is BILLING. It is very frustrating and inept. Trying to pay online is a joke and you can't call the office directly to pay. You have to go through an automated call system that keeps hanging up on you.
I had an incredibly disappointing experience at advance radiology at Shelton. The staff was unhelpful and rude. I was referred by a dr at Shelton urgent care Yale who assured me it was a walk in service. I requested to leave early from my work rushed from Bridgeport to Shelton only to be told by the receptionist that there is no sr note on their system and that I could come back between 9 to 4 next day for a walk -in ultrasound. The staff at the front was absolutely rude. Worse customer service I have ever experienced. On top of that they claim I missed the appointment. They never called or texted to send a reminder. I know I wrote down the correct date. I don't know what kind office they're running.
Advanced radiology in Shelton is horrible. Poor customer service. Very rude. All around horrible. The way to go is Connecticut Orthopaedics.
