Got referred by doctor to get an X-ray, got turned away the first time I went, the second time I went they told me I had to wait outside. Cleared the X-ray and now here I am in pain a month later and I still don't have a MRI appointment. My doctor's office said it got cleared. This place said keep waiting. You call the hotline and they're either rude and keep telling me keep waiting, or they hang up on me completely. Been hurt for 7 months going on 8 and I still didn't receive any help

I called the office and spoke with the receptionist, Olga. She displayed a very rude attitude and questioned my identity, implying that I was not who I said I was. I explained that I completed the exam in Shelton and stated that I was not certain whether the office was referred to as Advanced Radiology (her office) or Women’s Health CT, as the two are connected. I have been repeatedly rescheduled and sent back and forth regarding my appointment. After being in an accident last year, I made the effort to attend my scheduled appointment in Stratford, only to be told upon arrival that it was actually in Shelton. Staff in Stratford contacted the Shelton office and instructed me to go there immediately. When I arrived in Shelton, the front desk informed me that I would need to reschedule because I was not there at the “proper” time, despite my explanation of the situation. A manager then... read more
