I called the office and spoke with the receptionist, Olga. She displayed a very rude attitude and questioned my identity, implying that I was not who I said I was. I explained that I completed the exam in Shelton and stated that I was not certain whether the office was referred to as Advanced Radiology (her office) or Women’s Health CT, as the two are connected. I have been repeatedly rescheduled and sent back and forth regarding my appointment. After being in an accident last year, I made the effort to attend my scheduled appointment in Stratford, only to be told upon arrival that it was actually in Shelton. Staff in Stratford contacted the Shelton office and instructed me to go there immediately. When I arrived in Shelton, the front desk informed me that I would need to reschedule because I was not there at the “proper” time, despite my explanation of the situation. I got referred from my neurologist to go here. Scheduling was pretty easy - they called me. I got there, was ample parking. It's a huge corporate park, thank goodness for GPS or it would've been difficult to find building. The office is right inside to the left once you enter the lobby. Receptionist checked me in, I filled out most paperwork online. I still had a couple sheets needed. I sat to fill them out. And before I wrote one word, I was being called in!
