The initial scheduling was terrible. Took over two weeks just to get the MRI approved. They kept telling me they would “rush it” to make it go faster due to the pain I was in, but that obviously never happened. Then came my apt. The faculty staff members were very friendly however I was annoyed that the music player was broken so I had to have that awful MRI noise blaring in my ears. It was so loud!!! My mother and I come here a few times a month, and still we have to fill out a huge questionnaire and other questions. I am my mother’s care giver and power of attorney, but they REFUSE to let me speak or fill out her paperwork. EVEN THOUGH, we fill it every time we come, not just in person, but also online. VERY RUDE to say the least. They want her to speak and fill it out herself, even with the immense difficulty of her able to simply hold a pen.. I felt very uncomfortable going through with my appointment,first the technician was very disrespectful with the way she talked to my fiance telling her she was not allowed to come into the back room and that I was in good hands. The way she made the remark to my fiance made me extremely upset. She didn’t even ask for permission to touch my stomach before we started the exam. Staff is ridiculously rude and couldn’t get anything together. Came three times and had an issue every single time. My man also doesn’t like how they just kicked me out , they could have been nicer. it was strange lol weird staff. Rude. Have been using them on a regular basis, having to be monitored unfortunately for years. And only once was I blue badly on a dye injection. other than that, what happened years ago it’s always been a very painless experience from the staff. Do you are extremely professional, courteous, and pleasant. The only problem is with Advance Radiology if you need to contact them, you have to go through many channels. It seems like to get an answer.
