The front desk staff are courteous and helpful. Dr. Rotem and his staff from the very first appointment were very attentive and understanding. My father returned to his second appointment with Dr. Rotem where a life changing procedure was performed to reduce his growing prostate significantly. This procedure provided him with a great deal of freedom and relief as he was no longer in excruciating pain or discomfort. I scheduled an appointment for an MRI in October for November, they called me a few days before that they need to reschedule and pushed me out into December. Ok-fine. Then, the same morning of my December appt they call me 2 hours before and tell me that again they need to reschedule and pushed me out again another 30 days to end of January. This is now 3-4 months of delayed care. I work in healthcare and if appointments need to be rescheduled last minute getting the pt in ASAP should be a priority.
Got me in quick for chest X-ray,very pleasant staff and very helpful Thank you, couldn't be more pleased.
My experience with them is very mixed. My MRI was a success. Getting through to a radiologist to discuss it however is very difficult.
I want to give a huge thank you to a scheduling representative by the name of Sahoy, who was extremely nice and helpful and made it so easy for me to schedule a few images I need! She answered all my questions with such kindness! She is a true asset to the company!!
