I scheduled an appointment for an MRI in October for November, they called me a few days before that they need to reschedule and pushed me out into December. Ok-fine. Then, the same morning of my December appt they call me 2 hours before and tell me that again they need to reschedule and pushed me out again another 30 days to end of January. This is now 3-4 months of delayed care. I work in healthcare and if appointments need to be rescheduled last minute getting the pt in ASAP should be a priority.
Got me in quick for chest X-ray,very pleasant staff and very helpful Thank you, couldn't be more pleased.
My experience with them is very mixed. My MRI was a success. Getting through to a radiologist to discuss it however is very difficult.
I want to give a huge thank you to a scheduling representative by the name of Sahoy, who was extremely nice and helpful and made it so easy for me to schedule a few images I need! She answered all my questions with such kindness! She is a true asset to the company!!
This place is a disaster. They send you countless messages telling you to come on time. My appointment was scheduled for 1pm. At 1.45pm I still had not been seen. Go figure
