VERY unprofessional, I waited almost an hour for an ultrasound on my breasts , well over 10 patients that came in after me got seen and left. The nurse was extremely rude, and I didn’t even get to see the doctor. The nurse gave me results and I saw no doctor whatsoever. I felt very disregarded and disrespected, and I will never return here. My doctor ordered an MRI over a month ago and when I didn’t hear from them in a few days, I called them to check on the referral. Which they said they had and would call me back for an appointment. 10 days later I called again and they said they had the referral but were too busy to submit it to my insurance and it would be done “eventually” 2 weeks after the referral was sent I called my insurance company, who told me they don’t have anything for an MRI authorization! The front office everybody is nice and super professional, but the asistant is so bad and rude.
the front desk and the technician were very helpful and made my first time in very easy.
