They are incompetent,failed to bill the right insurance and send payment notice and send it to collection over 50$. Don't go to them, they will ruin your credit score.
This place represents why healthcare is broken. I am a physician and this is predatory. I changed my preferences and it to 45mins to cancel my appointments and multiple phone calls. It’s like the want to charge you a no show. Who makes it that you can’t cancel?!! Then a whole interrogation as to why you want to cancel!??
Very unprofessional very upset also after waiting over a month for my appointment just for them to call me 45 minutes within the time of my appointment to cancel after I take time off my job to bring my mom to this appointment
u dont even get a star VERY unprofessional, they order a stat mri and im still waiting for you ins dept to get approval i guess stat does not mean anything to you we contacted ins and gave us the green light but are still waiting on your dept who keep dropping the ball
VERY unprofessional, I waited almost an hour for an ultrasound on my breasts , well over 10 patients that came in after me got seen and left. The nurse was extremely rude, and I didn’t even get to see the doctor. The nurse gave me results and I saw no doctor whatsoever. I felt very disregarded and disrespected, and I will never return here.
