I should have listened to the other reviews. Advanced Radiology canceled critical MRI and MRA scans just 15 hours before the appointment. For a patient dealing with serious neurological symptoms, this lack of reliability is unacceptable. They clearly have no regard for the logistics of patient care. Save yourself the stress and find a facility that actually values its patients’ time and health.
Very unprofessional and absolutely no patient empathy which is very concerning since this is supposed to be a safe environment for patients. Would not recommend going to the Trumbull location.
The staff there are very kind people who deserve to be thanked.
Was told by my physician to make an appointment as my doctor faxed my paperwork over. I call over there and was told I could not make an appointment because that’s a “ different dept”. She told me what time they close I said ok, I will call back before then and she said , well they will have a stack of faxes and won’t be able to get yours. 🙄
