My doctor ordered an MRI over a month ago and when I didn’t hear from them in a few days, I called them to check on the referral. Which they said they had and would call me back for an appointment. 10 days later I called again and they said they had the referral but were too busy to submit it to my insurance and it would be done “eventually” 2 weeks after the referral was sent I called my insurance company, who told me they don’t have anything for an MRI authorization! The front office everybody is nice and super professional, but the asistant is so bad and rude.
the front desk and the technician were very helpful and made my first time in very easy.
I have been going to Advanced Radiology in Trumbull for many years. I go every year for my mammogram, I've had bone scans and ultrasounds there in both offices. I have never had a bad experience there or met with anyone who wasn't an absolute pleasure to be with. They are an extremely busy office and all the staff that is employed there handles their position with friendliness and grace.
