I have been going to Advanced Radiology in Trumbull for many years. I go every year for my mammogram, I've had bone scans and ultrasounds there in both offices. I have never had a bad experience there or met with anyone who wasn't an absolute pleasure to be with. They are an extremely busy office and all the staff that is employed there handles their position with friendliness and grace.
No one is answering your phone to schedule an appointment! Your website doesn’t work to make appts.
Place won't give me my overpayment back. I've been back and forth with them since March. They were paid both by myself and the insurance company and won't refund me. My insurance company has called them twice and I've called the billing department four times. I always get the re around. Can someone please help me get my over payment back?! It's fraud to get paid by both myself and the insurance company.
I had a cat scan done at the Trumbull location and if I could give them more than 5 stars I would! I was very anxious since I am short and always need help getting on an exam table. Lauren and Sabrina were my techs and they are absolute angels! Not only were they very professional but they knew exactly how to help me and made having this test a stress free encounter! Thank you girls!
