I've come here for several scans over the years. They are always efficient in scheduling and very low wait times at the actual appt. Also, the staff are generally nice.
Came in, was seen 15 minutes later, then every hour on the dot till my appt was done. The front desk was welcoming! The Tech was GREAT! Had me in and out, very professional. Thank you guys!
They are incompetent,failed to bill the right insurance and send payment notice and send it to collection over 50$. Don't go to them, they will ruin your credit score.
This place represents why healthcare is broken. I am a physician and this is predatory. I changed my preferences and it to 45mins to cancel my appointments and multiple phone calls. It’s like the want to charge you a no show. Who makes it that you can’t cancel?!! Then a whole interrogation as to why you want to cancel!??
Very unprofessional very upset also after waiting over a month for my appointment just for them to call me 45 minutes within the time of my appointment to cancel after I take time off my job to bring my mom to this appointment
