We turn up there and wait for 20mins and then the machine wasnt working
Was nervous to get my ultrasound done here based on reviews at multiple locations but I had a great experience. The staff were lovely and helpful from the start of booking my appt to the completion. There was no screen on the wall to view my bub during the ultrasound but the sonographer flipped the computer screen without me even asking so I could be involved. I have to write this after numerous occasions of trying to use a local provider. Their service is terrible. The staff are quite rude. They have issues with their systems and provide the wrong information and I formally had to make a complaint as the sonographer insulted my GP to me and said not to listen to doctors. They also totally missed something on the ultrasound so I had to be scanned a second time at one of their other clinics. No problems having xray and ultrasound done however, I think it's about time Advanced Radiology Clinics 'advanced' their services to include customer online digital access to reports and images, instead of trying to charge a $30 fee to have them printed. Time to move with the times perhaps?!
