Do not go here unless you have to. First off, the receptionist was about the most unhappy person I’ve ever seen in my entire life, and she had nothing but attitude for me, that is, when she wasn’t all consumed with her personal cell phone. Even though I was self-pay, and had money for the MRI, she still looked down her nose at me because I didn’t have insurance. Great place for your X-ray
I just waited 40 minutes to get a scheduler and I never spoke to anyone and then they were closed. It has been a while since I used their services, bit to say the least I am extremely disappointed!!!!
The VA sent me to this facility twice in the past week. First an x-ray and then an MRI. I couldn't be more pleased. A friendly reception and less than a 10 minute wait before being seen by a Tech. I had my results in my patient portal file before I arrived home. A big shout out to Ken, the MRI Tech. He is really friendly, played some great jams, and kept me posted on the process. Thanks!
