Edited from 1 to 5 stars: Valerie was tremendous in resloving an insurance billing issue for me and very quickly, after months of no luck with others!
Terrible experience with their insurance billing department, different answers each time I call, zero help. Will avoid future visits at all costs.
This company ( RADNET) is sooooo unorganized and has very very poor management, its all about favorites and what you OWE people in this company. Im talking ABOUT the CEOs/Directors level all the way down to site managers, I seen site managers bullied and gave destructive criticism to employees for simple and human mistakes, the policy in this company is awful they literally will hire ppl with no exp and give them more money than to reward a veteran in the company with the position because either they are intimidating or they... read more
Staff was friendly and courteous. However this location is the corporate office, and not an examination facility as my web search had indicated.
