This has been the worst experience I have ever had trying to schedule a medical appointment. I called RadNet twice in one day and spent nearly three hours speaking with two different call-center representatives. Neither could help me. My name was repeatedly misspelled, they could not locate my information, and I was unable to schedule the appointment.
