my experience with ARC was excellent, Dr. Del Rowe explained every step of my treatment plan clearly. He ensured I understood all options before proceeding. I personally want to thank his staff Sandra, Karen, Diana, shavonne, thank you for being so patient and compassionate. You truly made me feel as comfortable as possible during the treatment, always had a positive attitude. Your warmth and friendliness turned a difficult experience into a positive one. May God continue to bless all of you.
My experience was great. The Doc and the staff are super hands on, considerate, professional and keep you informed.
This place is great the staff makes you feel as comfortable as they can, they make you forget about your situation with the way they treat their patients.
At this location is where tons of love and support was given to me from the entire staff. The staff always hade an awesome disposition and always had very kind words of encouragement. I don't think I would have been able to under go treatment if not because of the entire staff. I will forever be grateful to this dedicated staff at ARC at 1650 Grand Concourse.
