I had a GE Avantapure water softener system installed by this company in 2017, and unfortunately, it marked the beginning of an 8-year nightmare. The product has been nothing short of disappointing—it never worked properly. Cannot agree more about the lack of customer support after the installation in other reviews. We purchased a water softener system from Awni with the understanding that customer service and support would be a cornerstone of their offering, especially considering the owner himself assured us of an annual inspection as part of their service commitment. Not responding at all for RO filter replacement
Personal experience: if you are getting water filter/softener getting installed from them. It would be the only time they will respond to you. After installation even if system failure they won't respond or fix it. I would not recommended them. Background: I had installed water system from these guys 3year ago, which included water softeners and RO system.
