We installed the Advance Pure Water System in our home roughly two years ago, and it continues to be fantastic. My experience with the company, from the start of the process, was outstanding. The owner Awni is very knowledgeable. I highly recommend it!
STAY AWAY. The only time Awni responds is when you first inquire about the product for a quote / install. After that, he doesn't respond to you at all. We never got any of the free RO filter replacements despite emailing and calling him multiple times. This guy is a sales guy - he knows how to play the sales game and sell things with fluffy language. But the product is garbage. We bought the system in 2017 and it's already dead. I agree with other reviews that Advance Pure Water Systems does not honor the annual checkups. They take your money after install and run. I had an Avanta Pure GE System installed in 2017 that failed causing all the mineral resin beads to go into the pipes and clogging ALL my faucets, toilets, shower heads, fridge, and washer. Called the owner Awni to discuss the 10 year warranty stated on the contract. I had a GE Avantapure water softener system installed by this company in 2017, and unfortunately, it marked the beginning of an 8-year nightmare. The product has been nothing short of disappointing—it never worked properly. Over the years, I encountered a myriad of issues that required countless service calls which were never answered or serviced; resulting in wasted time, energy, and money.
