I am happy with my clinician. There are 2 issues that lead me to leave such a low rating. First, I have been going to this office for over 5 years, and no one has EVER answered the phone when I called. Not once. Zero. Never. I think I might actually die from shock if I called and someone actually answered the phone. Second, they do not have accessible seating for larger bodied patients in the exam rooms. If you have a larger body, be prepared to squeeze into chairs that don't accommodate your size and will leave you with bru... read more
