Read the other reviews also! This clinic is impossible to get ahold of after initial consult! The clinical staff and providers seem amazing, but good luck getting anything you need after that initial consult! Been 6 months after husband was diagnosed with moderate to severe sleep apnea and still can’t get ahold of anyone to get our order for the CPAP machine sent to a DME! I would recommend seeking out any other clinic if you will need ongoing care and communication for your health.
Dr Saifee and staff truly saved my life (along with others he reaches out to). He helped in diagnosis me VERY RARE lung disease. Without him and Cody's help I may not be here. Denise at the desk has always been friendly and helpful. Dr. Saifee is the most caring and knowledgeable Dr I could have ever met. He did not stop until he found answers. I have been a patient for years every 3 mos I need a refill on my prescription and I get denied every time. No one answers the phone or calls me back and they don't fill out the paperwork correctly so it gets denied. Now I put in a refill request on the 6th and it's now the 17th I am out of medicine and cannot get a response on the patient portal. I wish I could go somewhere else.
Dr. Saifee and Dr. Lamb are both fantastic but they NEVER ANSWER THEIR PHONES.
Anyone know if this place is still in business. Called and emailed 8-10 times to follow up a sleep study and there has been no response. They seemed pretty good when I was in there. Now not so good. Common courtesy is to return a phone call.
