Advanced Psychiatry and TMS ruined my life. I was a normal functioning person who was able to to do what I loved to do. And because of their negligence I have become bed ridden with the most horrific panic and fear and torment. I’m no longer able to function in society. Unfortunately their negligence has cost me everything. They should have STOPPED treatment as soon as I alerted of things not being right after the first session. Advanced Psychiatry and TMS will never know the amount of pain and suffering they have caused me. Before walking in those doors I was living a normal life and now because of them I am bed bound living in hell in a nightmare I cannot wake up from. This place has put me in absolute hell for over two months. The machine broke my brain and I have not had any feelings of safety, ok ness, or any positive feelings in over two months. Unfortunately Dr. Kirby has not even had the decency to reach out to check in even knowing what I’m going through. Wish he could experience it for 5 minutes so he’d know the torture and torment him and his machine have caused. I have nothing negative to say about my experience at Advanced Psychiatry. Other than more people should know about TMS, how it works, and that it is a viable option for depression. The staff is wonderful. So compassionate and easy to talk to. I never felt ashamed or embarrassed to talk about my mental health struggles. I always experienced kindness and acceptance from them.
