This review is for the office staff. They are incompetent and rude. They keep telling me I owe them a bunch of money, when I have paid faithfully after each appointment and my patient portal shows a negative balance (meaning they owe me money). They have called, texted, and emailed me multiple times per day. Today they called me 4 times within a 5 minute period because I didn't answer the first call (I was driving). THis place is a spam. They send fax to me everyday begging for patients. Not sure if they dont have patients maybe its for a reason. They have no clue what theyre doing because I called them to remove my fax number but they still send faxes. SCAM.... Yelp and BBB are the next sites to get reviews.
Arthur was EXTREMELY helpful in solving a problem for me. He was so kind in attempting to get a doctor to call in a prescription for me when I was completely out.
Arthur was very professional and caring
I received fantastic service from Arthur. I reached out to change providers since my previous provider Sally Mason is no longer there unfortunately. I was given a different provider in which I was not happy with after only one consultation.
