My Dr. offered a letter to my employer and the office requested I pay $100 out of pocket not covered by insurance. This is not to mention a very rude staff member Morgan said bye and hung up on me when i requested to speak to my Dr. It's terrible, the company is okay with patients losing their job that some are struggling to have due to their illness. Apparently stability and life improvement is not a priority.
