This is, without question, the worst administrative team and customer service I have ever dealt with. I’ve called more than ten times simply to obtain my copay receipts, and every attempt has been met with the same unprofessional behavior: being placed on hold and disconnected, transferred to billing only for them to pretend they can’t hear me, promises to email receipts that never arrive, and repeated excuses about being “too busy,” with zero follow-up. Save ur money and time this place with make u spend money like crazy and give u no help what so ever no wonder ppl are on the street on drugs because places like this will literally help no one even if ur saint find somewhere to get help that’s ppl r hopeless
Update: One month later and the incompetence continues. My daughter has another appointment scheduled for tomorrow and I just received a call from the office saying I owe $80 for past appointments. This, after I received an email from the supervisor saying I had a $0 balance as of October 16 (the date of her last appointment.) I am extremely hopeful again after my conversation with "Arthur." I look forward to being put on the correct path with the correct physician that specializes in what I need for my mother. I felt that Arthur actually listened to my words and took the time needed. He should be a trainer for new people and try to pass on his professionalism and listening skills. Thank you so much Arthur!
Arthur is awesome and very helpful. He listens carefully and tries to help with appointments. He is professional and nice person.
