This is an update from my review about two or three months ago, which had some criticism of the provider, Antoinette Taylor, but the scheduling team has always been great. I have since been with another provider, Anna Virin, for the past few months. She is fantastic. She really listens to me and makes me feel like a valued patient. Earlier today, Zack was very courteous when scheduling my follow up appointment with Anna, and I wanted to thank both of them in this review.
The individual that assist me has been hands-down wonderful. She does not skip any part of the process and listens really well. They assist me with the correct meds and track my progress with me frequently. Every single staff member I have interfaced with has been polite and sincere. There are many emails, texts, reminding me of my appointment, it can get annoying, but they provide such a wonderful service. I’m fine with it.
I've been seeing Dr.Anna for a few months now and it has been a wonderful experience. She has been very kind and understanding.. Zack has been very helpful and kind. I highly recommend them.
