Simple and easy to see and talk to someone.
Did what was supposed to be a court ordered 4 hour parenting course with them for a divorce case but upon completing the course the certificate would not populate and took me 8 hours because of glitches. Called them to figure out how I could obtain my certificate and was basically told they are not sure and that the matter started in June. They claimed to have techs working on the matter but could not give me a date or an estimated time frame as to when I would receive it.
