Customer service is out of the atmosphere compared to all the other prosthetic companies, they are kind, caring, compassionate, prompt, and not only that they follow the whole process and afterwards make sure everything is good.
I had a referral by my doctor to go here and I trust my doctor. I called and called and called and no one gave me the courtesy of a call back. If they don’t want the business, why didn’t they simply say so, rather than putting me through the stress of continuing to call back? Incredibly disrespectful, callous, unprofessional, and thoughtless. I would definitely not recommend them under any condition.
