Ive worn a prosthetic all my life so i know the ins and outs of the process and what goes into a producing good product.I've been working with APO since August and have been walking around on a broken prosthetic while waiting for my new one. I am no closer to receiving my new prosthetic! There is a serious lack of communication and sense of urgency going on at that office.
