Ive worn a prosthetic all my life so i know the ins and outs of the process and what goes into a producing good product.I've been working with APO since August and have been walking around on a broken prosthetic while waiting for my new one. I am no closer to receiving my new prosthetic! There is a serious lack of communication and sense of urgency going on at that office. They never answer their phones, return calls, or follow up on referrals. The patient must do all the work or walk in to the clinic to schedule an appointment.
