I've been using Advanced Prosthetics for many years, originally referred by the VA. I'm thoroughly satisfied with their service and professionalism. They've been very accommodating when it came to my appointments and their turnaround for shoes and inserts have been very reasonable. Many thanks!
From appointments being made, appointment reminders, billing and being fitted for my insert and my crow boot, the service from Sharmaine, Tessa and Ethan was perfection! I wish every business had employees who such professional, knowledgeable and kind service. If I could give 10 stars, I would happily do so!
Adam Fitzpatrick was such a big help. He was the initial technician who crafted my ankle brace. Worked great for a long time and after heavy usage the shoe I had provided wore out. He recrafted my brace with a new shoe and, noticing signs of irrregular wear on the old shoe, he made a wedge insert to straighten out my footing. Terrific improvement. Two other times during the process he went the “second mile” making additional improvements. Adam is a real credit to this business. Bill Hawkins
I was referred to Advanced Prosthetics by my podiatrist for a device to stabilize my right foot due to a stress fracture. I saw Lidia who fitted me for the device. She was very patient and personable. She took her time and made sure the device was a proper fit. This device has indeed been instrumental in stabilizing my right foot, resulting in complete pain relief. The entire staff at Advsnced Prosthetics are friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend them.
