Ben is my prosthetist and has been superb starting before my amputation. My leg fits perfectly and the team at Advanced Prosthetics are very responsive if I need anything.
Advanced prosthetics in Gastonia is where you should go if you ever need a prosthetic or orthodontics. Ben and Steve are a wonderful pair who make sure you get exactly what you need. The front desk staff are easy to talk to, and get you in quickly. You actually talk to human beings and not robots when you call! I had a little bit of a complicated case but that did not stop them from making exactly what I needed. I posted a review a couple months ago about the company Advanced Prosthetics in Gastonia Nc, & the issues I was having with getting the proper size of compression stockings & the long length of time it was taking to receive them. It wasn't a good review unfortunately. But to my surprise, I soon received a phone call from the Owner/CEO of Advanced Prosthetics, Miriam. The staff was very professional and caring. I love my new orthotics in my shoes they fit wonderfully. Has made a total difference in my walk. I would recommend this place if you need their type of services.
