I normally do not do reviews but I feel as though I must for Advanced Property Services. They just finished our project and I can not say enough great things about them. They were dependable, they actually showed up when they said they would. They were clean, they didn’t leave any mess when they were finished, not at the end of the day or at the end of the project. Our house in Santa Maria had a significant fire and needed to be rebuilt from the studs up. Our insurance company wanted us to use their in house contractor but after meeting Sean and his crew we decided to go with Sean. Sean and his crew worked with us throughout the entire rebuild process, even letting us do some of the work ourselves to help us save some money. It was clear Sean wanted the project to get done as soon as possible and our house turned out absolutely fantastic.

They were able to come out the same day to inspect and test for potential mold. Literally 2 days later they were doing demolition for our remodel and treatment. Luckily it wasn’t bad mold and it was all dried out. Ramses was very attentive and professional. The team was efficient and clean. Definitely will recommend and will use again in the future as our remodel progresses.

Professional and courteous. The crew Sean, Pepe, Herman, Kiko and Carlos were polite, and have great craftsmanship. I was pleased to see the progress made daily. The final outcome was exactly what I wanted. Great job!
