I woke up to water coming out of my wall in my bathroom. Turns out there was a leak in the wall. This team came out quickly and efficiently got it all cleaned up and were so tidy you would never have known they were even there. They’re great with keeping me informed sending videos of the project and letting me know exactly what needed to be done. I would highly recommend them.

We hired Advanced Property Services for a significant amount of work on our home, including remodeling several rooms and coordinating the construction of a full addition. Advanced property services came out to do a mold testing for a rental. The staff are very friendly, professional, and informative. The follow up from Sean has been amazing. I highly recommend them and will remember them next time I’m in need for some testing or inspection.
