I DON'T RECCOMEND WORKING WITH THESE PEOPLE. From my experience, the application system is flawed, AND YOLANDA, THE PERSON OVERSEEING THE OFFICE WHEN I CALLED WAS NOT HELPFUL AT ALL. The application wouldn't allow me to add my income and upon speaking with Yolanda she told me to email her the documents and AFTER A WEEK WITH NO RESPONSE AND 2 SEPERATE emails with out her responding back to confirm or denial receipt. When i called i was told she's been out of office i wish her or her email told me that

From my experience, the application system is flawed, the application wouldn't allow me to add all my income and upon speaking with Yolanda she told me to directly email her the documents and this was a week a go She's not responded back to confirm a denial or to re process the application with it's updates. I've called and emailed and " she hasn't been in the office since last week." Poor communication.

The stuff are responsive and communicative. But people be stealing packages. I reported to the stuff but didn’t do noting about it. It’s like they didn’t care. But they got a camera in the mail room where the delivery is made and can capture everything. I guess depending on my experience in that unit, the positives outweighs the negatives. Nice place to live and great location.
