DISRESPECTFUL AND IRRESPONSIBLE!!! We had called to set up and appointment after hours (Saturday at 1pm), and after 12 unanswered phone calls, traveling to 3 different locations, and receiving NO phone calls or emails back, I have felt disrespected, disappointed, and, to put bluntly, pissed off. I wouldn’t expect anything from this “landlord” if anyone rented/rents from him. If he can’t even show up to a scheduled appointment, how could he possibly address any issues regarding rentals.
If you liked being screwed out of your deposit and money. APM also know as the slumlords of Hays will be happy to do so
Never fix anthing in a timely manner and if they do its very shoddy work that they leave incomplete most of the time. They never brought me an air conditioner during the heat of the summer after repeatedly calling and complaining. And if u sublease make sure to take photos or they will blame any damage on you. My neighbors next door rent from them they redid their front sidewalk months ago and there is all kinds of rubble and debris still in their yard and they haven't buried the edges let alone there are so many dips in the... read more
