My first impression of Dr. McCoy and her staff at Advanced Primary Care was amazing. However, sadly over the last year, give or take, my interactions with her and her staff have not been so amazing over her telehealth app. There were multiple instances that I had a medical question or health concern, and I had messaged her. Lori, Alona, and the entire staff is simply amazing. Nowhere else will you have direct access to address any healthcare needs as quickly and efficiently as with Advanced Primary Care. From tele health to in office appointments, I never wait when I have a concern. The compassionate care is exceptional. I recommend APC to friends, family, and even my employees.
I have had a Great experience with the services I have used. Which so far have been V TONE: to treat my overactive bladder and pelvic floor weakness. I just completed my 6th and last treatment and could tell a difference between the 4th and 5th so I don’t need anymore. IT WORKS I am so very happy and grateful I trusted Dr McCoy. I had Bodytite on my tummy and I’m still in awe of how good the results have been! Dr. McCoy made me feel instantly comfortable at my consult, the entire staff was welcoming, non judgemental and went above and beyond to help me feel comfortable.
