For over a decade APT has given me prompt, first-rate service on my Cummins-Onan generator. Most recently, in the aftermath of Helene, they came through when i needed them. Five stars for sure.

While searching for a propane orfice for an old Colemen generator I came across APT. Although they didn't have the part, discontinued 5 years ago, the President, Brian Jarvis, was kind enough to send me 20 documents without a charge to help me in my search. Now that's Customer Service!!! I would highly recommend Brian and his team to anyone. If they provide service to someone just asking questions, imagine how they treat their regular and new customers!! You guys are ACES!!
