Very professional. Explained everything they were doing. Cleaned up and left everything as it had been before installation aside from what needed to be changed. We are pleased with Brad, his partner, Ian and everyone we worked with along the way.
Five years ago Advance Power took over servicing for my generator at my house. A severe thunderstorm in the summer 2024 caused damage to my generator which needed to be replaced. Ian English went above and beyond to try to rectify what the insurance company deemed to be a satisfactory model to current standards. When everything was finally all said in done his crew came in and had the a newer unit installed. The new generator and transfer switch was installed in about 5 hour.
