They went out of business and stole my money!Didn't even have the courtesy to notify us. I have filed a police report against this company!
I stopped using Advanced Pools in 2017 and they recently sent me a bill for $361 outstanding balance for 2016 (6 years ago!!!). I had to reach out to my bank to get those old bank statements to prove that they have been paid back in 2016.
It isn't possible to give 0 starts so I have no choice but leave 1! This company is horrible. The techs they have working are inexperienced and pool maintenance illiterate because they have never been given proper training. They charge for services that aren't done and just hope that you don't notice. They are rude and a waist of time! I would never give them my business again!
This has to be by far the worst customer service experience I have every had and for it to be from the OWNER explains why the service was so terrible as well. We have had our pool serviced for them for about a year and within that time the techs must have noticed this property is not occupied all the time. I spoke to Rich on Monday after being charged over $700 for changing of filters etc. Wednesday I have still not received a call back and after 3 emails sent no reply.
