Dealt with this.company for 20+ years with spending roughly $2000+ , new pumps etc. Unfortunately I was scammed and money taken from my bank account. Advance pool was paid $100.00 by the scammers and even though the company know this, they have allegedly been advised by their bank to not refund my money to me. Several phone calls have resulted during which they know this money not theirs, but 3 X months on they will not refund the money
