Not as honest and as transparent as I would like for a contractor. Ensure you get things in writing clear and up front. I was thrilled with the design and the concept drawings as well as the helpfulness with Jade to align the various moving parts. I was upfront with my expectations and spent a couple of months vetting several contractors for the work.
