I haven’t been in the advanced poolcare store in new pal and I see that complaints about this business seem to be mostly focused on the store itself. Excellent pool care! We had them all summer and our pool had never looked better! Have rehired them again for this year. They put time and effort into making your pool look great!

Any positive review of this company is fake. I cannot fathom how they are still in business. DO NOT hire them for ANY major work on your pool. They won’t show up, they will make up lie after lie after lie to explain why they have taken your money but failed to perform the work. The office girl will tell you herself that she knows NOTHING about any of the service or parts orders or scheduling and is only there to answer the phones. This place is a nightmare!!!!!!!!
