Never do business with this company or it's owner, James Snell. He refuses to answer phone calls, doesn't honor his contract and just plain doesn't show up.
Worst service I've ever imagined. The gentleman who can out at first seemed to be very knowledgeable and friendly. I thought I had made the right choice when it came to pool service companies until the didn't show up on the days they said they would (Friday). One week they showed up on Saturday the next, Thursday, and then not at all. I called numerous times and was unable to get a hold of someone. very nice people always on time and very reasonable prices. .. I wouldn't recommend anyone else but advanced pool and spa for all my pool needs....
