Julian does not finish the work he started. Still waiting for completion of our work, installed used electrical components, swapped our pump for one of his used ones, never finished work and did not install safety cover properly and missing anchor points. He also sold our referring friend a used pump that failed when he supposedly installed a new pump for them the past season. After 25 years, we got our pool repaved and discovered this was a great opportunity to get our filter lines and skimmers replaced. Josh and Jullian sent a crew out the same day to assess and coordinate with the Mason's schedule. Advanced also made several improvement changes to the system. They are an efficient top quality pool company focused on customer satisfaction. Thanks, Advanced, we couldn't be more pleased with the completion.
Julian and Josh are very professional. They came right in found a leak in our pool and had it fixed in no time. They fixed our jet fittings and piping. Highly recommended them
What a great experience with Advanced Pools. My Pump died with multiple error messages on a Friday morning. After a storm. I had company coming over Sunday.. and needed the pool up and running 12 hours before that, of coarse. It seemed like they moved a lot around to get me on the schedule Saturday morning. They even tried pretty hard to get to me Friday night, and apologized that they couldn't. For what seems like a relatively small job for them.
