I am not one to write reviews but I took my son in for an appointment today for an ingrown toenail. I am a nurse and have never seen such terrible bedside manner. The doctor never introduced herself or told us who she was. Made a snarky comment about my son’s weight. She numbed his toe and started cutting on it and did not give him enough mediation because he could feel everything. She told him the pain won’t kill you. The staff at Avanced Podiatry in Columbiana is absolutely amazing! They took care of my issues with the utmost professional care and the staff is amazing! Very caring and compassionate. They went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and at ease with the procedure! I’d recommend them if your 5 years old or 95 years old! Excellent all around from the moment you walk in the door till the time you leave!
This place is just down right awful. From the people to the service. They are extremely rude. Like I was inconveniencing them for having to do their job. DO NOT recommend

The husband/wife team is absolutely horrible and rude, especially if you're overweight. They think they're perfect. I was getting injections in my foot so I could walk. I was born with a birth defect that made a huge callous on the bottom of my foot. I also have neuropathy. When the woman podiatrist told me that, I was making small talk and said it was my daughter's birthday that day. She says...make sure you don't eat any cake. Rude!! Then, I ordered diabetic shoes.
